Notes
Egg yolk coffee should be consumed right away and not stored for later.
Make sure the coffee is not scalding hot to prevent the eggs from cooking.
If, for some reason, you have a little cooked egg, you can strain the coffee through a fine-mesh strainer.
Use very fresh, pasteurized eggs for the best flavor and safety.
Whisk or froth until the mixture is thick and frothy for a creamy texture.
Feel free to add your favorite spices or add-ins, such as cinnamon, cocoa, collagen, bovine colostrum, etc.
