Do I need any special equipment for the Simple Spring Dinners eBook?

Most of the recipes require basic kitchen tools, but a few use an Instant Pot. If you don’t have an Instant Pot, you can use a slow cooker or oven method (make sure you adjust the cook times as needed).

What ingredients do I need for this spring meal plan?

You will need basic pantry staples and proteins such as beef, chicken, pork tenderloin, and eggs. The meal plan includes a master grocery list with an overview for the entire plan and a weekly shopping list with specific ingredients needed each week. You can also shop your pantry and substitute as needed!

Do I have to follow the spring meal plan exactly?

No at all! The plan is flexible, so you can swap meals based on your schedule, preferences, or what you have on hand.

Do I need to make all the freezer meals?

No, you can adjust the plan to meet your schedule and preferences. However, I recommend making them so you don’t have to worry as much about cooking through the 21-day plan.
