Ingredient Conversions

This chart shows each ingredient in both grams and cups. Using a scale is always the most accurate way to feed your starter, but if you don’t have one, you can reference these cup conversions. Note that when using volume, it is not a 1:1:1 ratio and that the conversion to cups is an approximation.
